(1) The House of Representatives and the National Assembly may form committees in accordance with the federal law.
(2) A joint committee shall be formed if a house passes a resolution that a joint committee of both houses should be formed to organize the functioning of the two houses of the federal parliament, to end differences of opinion on a bill or for any other specific task. In such a joint committee, five members of the House of Representatives and one member of the National Assembly will have a maximum of twenty-five members based on inclusiveness.
